General classes in Karate, Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Qi Qong, Reikijitsu, Self Defence, Pad Zone, Group Fitness, K-Star Club and Meditation.
Principal Teacher: Graham Slater
Resident Masters: Chenghua Piao & Po Chen Shaolin Kung Fu Masters, Fengyin Wang Wushu & K-Star Champion, Morgan Buchanan Tai Chi and Qi Qong .

Special instructor seminars/industry meetings are also run in this studio.

Wednesday 4pm - 9pm
Thursday 4pm - 9pm
Saturday 9am - 1pm

Create your own instructional and or promotional DVDs

Special effects studio (large green screen wall).

Training in all forms of Multi Media (storyboarding, filming, editing, producing, directing, graphic design).

Classroom for training in business / coaching / fitness courses.

Studio 3 Interview film studio:
Perminant stage set for TV news and interviews.

Training in presentation / interview skills.

Studio 4 Language school:
Classroom for Teaching Mandarin and English as a second language.

It also doubles as a Member's lounge
