Senior Master Eng Chor is a qualified international Tai Chi and Wushu judge, a qualification not held by many outside China. He was a gold medalist at the 1986 International Tai Chi Tournament in China. In 1988 Snr Master Eng Chor attended the International Tai Chi and Wushu seminar conducted by the Chinese Government in Beijing.

The Celestial Tai Chi College of Australia was founded in January 1990 by two Chinese Masters, both of whom have credentials from their native Asia. They are Snr Master Eng Chor Khor, J.P. and Master Chin Min Lian. However the roots of the Celestial Tai Chi College could be traced to 1976 when Snr Master Eng Chor Khor began teaching Tai Chi in Australia.

Our Mission: A Chinese saying once said, "Who ever practices Tai Chi will gain the pliability of a child, the health of a lumberjack and the peace of mind of a sage..." The mission of the college is to assist all Australians to acquire these attributes.

The Celestial Tai Chi College operates 15 centres in Victoria offering day and evening classes in Tai Chi, Chi Qong and various Wushu forms. It has one of the most comprehensive and systematic teaching syllabus for all students and specialised training program for instructors and trainee instructors.
The college also runs corpoate classes in business hours and day classes in community centres. It has also conducted various courses and workshops in schools, colleges, business institutions, hospitals, Melbourne Remand Centre and Thr Royal Australian Air Force.
