Instructors / Coaches are assessed to see how many ticks they obtain, which directly correlates to their level of qualifications, years of experience, honours and other achievements.
This is based directly on the following:
#Years of Training / Teaching # Dan Gradings # Coaching Qualifications #Business / Career Qualifications (can include Finance / Marketing / HR / TAE / Administration etc), Community Contributions, Honours they have obtained and other personal achievements.
