OWNER/REGIONAL CHIEF INSTRUCTOR
Ben is the owner, regional chief martial arts instructor and head coach at Shadowbox HQ. Ben has trained across multiple disciplines including Bushidokai, Tae Kwon-Do, Kwon-Bop-Do, Ben Kan Ryuha Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, Thai Boxing, Kyokushin Karate and Kobudo. This multi-disciplinary experience has empowered Ben to create a studio where everyone can enjoy their training.
