Being First Aid qualified and operational is important to being able to apply the most appropriate duty of care.

As most of us as instructors will know, rehabilitation can be a hard work recovering and getting back into the gym / martial arts school again. It's made easier if your injured members can get some support for those costs and time off work. The quicker they are back at training the better on so many levels and we all know injured students, don't pay fees.
